Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take for my gift to ship?
All orders without personalized items typically ship out within 1-3 business days from the date on which you place your order. If you need your gift shipped sooner, please contact us at hello@shopsundayrose.com.
If your gift contains a personalized item, please consult the item listing, as it will state the additional time it will take to process your order. Please add the additional processing time for personalization to our typical 1-3 business days for order shipping.
To where do you ship?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
What if I need my gift delivered on or before a specific date?
We would be happy to assist you with this. Please contact us at hello@shopsundayrose.com so that we can coordinate the best possible delivery option for you.
Will the recipient be able to see the price I paid for the gift?
No, we never include pricing information, receipts or packing slips inside of our shipments.
Returns and Exchanges
Do you allow returns or exchanges on any of your items?
Sunday Rose is founded on providing an exceptional gifting experience for both the gifter and gift recipient. This means that we unequivocally stand behind our vow to give you the best service, quality, and presentation possible. If a gift does not meet this promise, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will make it right. We can be reached at hello@shopsundayrose.com.
That being said, if an item is personalized it cannot be returned or exchanged unless there was an error on our part in making the item. When you input personalization details on your order, please check them to ensure they are correct.
Customizing My Gift & Custom Gifts Generally
Can you include a handwritten note in my order?
Of course, simply make a note saying that you would like your message to be handwritten inside of the open box field in which you type your message to the recipient.
Can you help my business make custom gifts for my clients?

Do you make wedding welcome gifts, bridal party gifts, or favors?
Yes, we make all of the above and love to do so! Yes, we specialize in large orders for corporate gifting needs.
