Please remember to leave the following information in the Gift Message/Special Instructions box on the checkout page:

(1) 3 Letters for Monogram

• State the letters in the following order: First Name, Last Name, Middle Name 

• For example, if the name is Crystal Grace Wilson, the letters should be stated CWG

• Please note that the initial of the last name will be larger than the other initials and will appear in the middle

(2) Font Style

• State one of the following font choices: Interlocking Monogram  or Circle Monogram (see pictures)
